When working with this material, you must follow simple instructions: – when assembling upholstered furniture, use sintepon in combination with other elastic elements; – to improve the appearance and increase the service life, it is necessary to rigidly fix the sintepon in the product; For various parts of upholstered furniture, we recommend different types of synthepon: – for laying between pu foam and the front fabric – sintepon with a density of 100 – 200 g / m2; – for the upper layer of seats – sintepon with a density of at least 400 g / m2, preferably with one reinforcing layer of brazi or non-woven polypropylene fabric; – for backrests and armrests – sintepon density from 300 g/m2; – for pillows – sintepon with a density of at least 300 g / m2 with one reinforcing layer of brazi or non-woven polypropylene fabric.
