* upon order confirmation before 12:00 from Mon. Fri. and subject to the availability of goods in the main warehouses.

Delivery of orders is carried out by transport companies “Nova Poshta”, “Ukrposhta”

to the branch of the carrier company specified when placing the order;
courier to the address specified when placing the order;
it is also possible to pick up wholesale and retail orders from our store.

Sending a parcel is carried out after receipt of payment funds. Delivery takes from 3 to 7 working days. After sending the order, the buyer receives a TTN number, by which he can track the parcel.

Delivery is carried out according to the tariffs of the transport company.

Please note that the shelf life of the parcel in the branch of the transport company is 5 days, after which the goods are sent back.

Payment for orders

Payment for the order is possible in two ways:

cash;
to the bank account;
to the current account.

Payment for goods in cash is carried out upon pickup from our store.

Having chosen the method of payment “to the current account”, the buyer receives a letter with the details of the bank account after placing the order. The transfer can be made at the cash desk of any bank or transferred from a personal account. Receipt of funds to the account takes up to three working days. As soon as payment arrives, we immediately send the order.

Return

Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Please note that goods that have not been exploited are subject to return. Presentation, including labels and labels, consumer properties and original packaging must be preserved.

To arrange a return of the goods, please contact us by phone. We will provide all the information necessary to send the parcel: name of the recipient, address, contact phone.

To return the goods, it is necessary to pack it in the original packaging without damage, as well as fill out an application for a return.

Please note that goods of good quality are returned at the expense of the customer. Return of goods with defects is carried out at our expense.

After the goods arrive at our warehouse, the money will be returned to the buyer within 10 working days.
